Payment rules and payment security, information confidentiality.

Credit card payment is carried out through JSC SB “ALFA-BANK”.

VISA and MasterCard are acceptable.

Payment service by the Internet is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, which uses the most modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission via closed communication channels. The Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of JSC DB “ALFA-BANK”.

On the page of entering the Bank card data, you will need to enter the card number, the cardholder’s name, the card validity period, the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data is printed on the card itself.

The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.

Then you will be redirected to Your Bank page to enter 3D Secure code, which will be sent by SMS. If the 3D Secure code does not delivered, you should contact the Bank that issued the card.

Cases of refusal of payment:

the Bank card is not designed for internet payments, you can find it out by contacting Your Bank;

your Bank card information is incorrect;

your Bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year untill which the card is valid). More information about the validity of the card you can find out by contacting the Bank that issued the Bank card;

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, Bank card number) is confidential and shall not be disclosed. Your credit card details are only encrypted and are not stored on our Web server.

Cancellation Policy:

If registered participants wish to cancel their registration, they can do so by sending email to info@anq2018.org There will be administrative charge of 50% of the registration fee for each cancellation.

No cancellation will be allowed after August 31, 2018.
